How does MBM, Inc. charge for services?
Our professional services are offered or rendered on either a per-claim or percentage of Payer reimbursement to Provider basis or under an arrangement whereby no fee will be charged unless a specific result is obtained. Our rates and means of billing shall be made explicit.
How does MBM, Inc. handle reimbursements?
Medical Billing Management, Inc. does not handle clients' payments.
The insurer sends checks directly to the office or account (electronic remittance) designated by the client.
How does MBM, Inc. access client claims?
Clients present claims to MBM, Inc. by Fax or by direct data transfer using MBM, Inc. free proprietary software**as preferred or appropriate.
What is the MBM, Inc. Confidentiality Policy?
Medical Billing Management, Inc. shall not disclose any confidential information unless instructed to do by our clients, within the limits of the law.
