Will your staff visit my office?

If you would like a Medical Billing Management, Inc® representative to visit your office please call the main office to schedule an appointment.




How does MBM, Inc. handle reimbursements?

MBM does not handle clients' payments.
The insurer sends checks directly to the office or account (electronic remittance) designated by the client.




How does MBM access client claims?

Clients present claims to MBM as hard-copy by MBM courier service*, by Fax, or by direct data transfer using MBM, Inc. proprietary software* as preferred or appropriate.
